Cooking & usage
Rinse the rice gently in cool water until it runs almost clear, then soak for 20–30 minutes so the grains cook evenly and stay long.
Cook by the absorption method or in plenty of boiling water and drain. Rest for five minutes before fluffing with a fork. For best results, follow the cooking instructions printed on the pack.
